These terms are made to keep the platform fair, transparent, and smooth for vendors, customers, riders, and admins. 1. Vendor Registration By registering on the platform, you confirm that the business details, shop details, contact information, bank/payment information, and product information provided by you are correct and up to date. 2. Product Listing Responsibility The Vendor is fully responsible for the products, prices, descriptions, images, stock availability, and category details uploaded from their side. Any misleading, fake, restricted, illegal, or wrong listing may be removed by the platform without prior notice. 3. Order Handling The Vendor must prepare and hand over valid customer orders on time. Repeated delay, cancellation, product mismatch, bad packaging, unavailable stock, or poor service may affect vendor account status. 4. Pricing and Availability The Vendor must keep product pricing and stock updated. If a listed product is unavailable or wrongly priced, the platform may cancel or adjust the order as per policy. 5. Payment Settlement Vendor settlement will normally be processed after the daily business cycle. Orders and payments received from morning to evening may be settled at night, after internal verification and reconciliation. 6. Settlement Adjustment Rights The platform may hold, delay, adjust, or deduct settlement in cases such as: - cancelled orders - refunded orders - disputed transactions - fake orders - customer complaints - suspicious activity - policy violations - chargebacks - payment gateway failure - reconciliation mismatch 7. Platform Charges and Deductions Any applicable commission, service charge, penalty, adjustment, refund impact, or operational deduction may be adjusted before final vendor settlement. 8. Compliance and Fair Use The Vendor must not misuse the platform, manipulate orders, create fake purchases, upload prohibited items, or provide false information. Such activity may lead to suspension, payout hold, or permanent removal. 9. Account Suspension or Termination The platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any vendor account in case of fraud, repeated complaints, policy abuse, false listings, non-compliance, or harmful activity. 10. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means the Vendor accepts the revised terms. 11. Final Decision In matters related to settlement, disputes, policy violations, account misuse, or platform safety, the platform/admin decision will be considered final.
